541-998-2828 Tasting Room Hours:Memorial Day to Thanksgiving Weekend Winter Hours: Fri., Sat., Sun., 11-5 “Intimate, personal, loads of fun with glorious Pinot Noir!” Thanks to a tip-off from the French–when they tried to buy the Pfeiffer sheep farm to grow wine grapes in the late 70's, son Robin Pfeiffer encouraged the family to sell the sheep and plant this world-class vineyard. Seventy acres of prime Pinot noir and Pinot gris, grace the foothills of the Coast Range, with small lots of Chardonnay, Muscat and Merlot. With limited productions of high-end wines, Pfeiffer wines are not sold in stores or restaurants and can only be purchased directly through the winery. Today, Robin Pfeiffer and his wife Danuta relish the intimacy of pouring fine wines for visitors in their boutique winery and surprising Tuscan cavern tasting room. For a small tasting fee, enjoy a free cheese torte and keep your Riedel Oregon Pinot Noir wine glass.
